My Big question this week is: Is it anyone else’s business to weigh in on your body shape? In this episode I’m going to share with you my own experiences with this including the time I was publicly set up, how it made me feel, and how I choose to respond to this now.   I also want to talk about the difference between being helpful and hurtful, and why we need to reconsider the way we discuss other womens bodies.
